Rob Bell
Founder and Managing Partner

Over fifteen years experience in marketing and communication strategies for leading Australian brands. 

12 years experience working in the online and mobile marketing industry working with Australia’s largest brands gaining a detailed understanding of their business requirements and challenges and delivered industry leading communications strategies cost to effectively exceed their requirements. 
In this time he has managed and implemented large scale online projects for Flight Centre, Escape Travel, Student Flights, Tourism Queensland, St George Bank, Queensland State Library, Eagle Boys Pizza, AAPT, Mater Foundation and many more.

Rob’s commitment do delivering exceptional results for clients has seen him build long term relationships with his key clients.

Rob founded XCOM in 2004 when he saw a need in the market for best of breed online solutions to be offered with unmatched commitment to delivering results to large Australian companies.

Prior to founding XCOM Rob was the Regional Director of Australia and New Zealand for Premiere Global Services - the world largest electronic messaging company.

Rob has played a role in helping educate the industry on developments in this space through his involvement in speaking at events throughout Australia and New Zealand.
